Tampa Zoo!

We made it to Tampa! We are all settled in our new place (I'll post pictures) and figuring out things to do to keep ourselves busy. Jace is definitely at the age where he really needs stuff to do otherwise he gets into trouble!  We were in Tampa for 6 days by ourselves while Chris went back to the west coast for a series with Oakland, Anaheim and Seattle.  I would have loved to make the trip with Jace, but multiple 6 hour flights in one week just sounded like torture since I would be by myself.  So we decided that Jace and I would just get settled in Tampa and wait for Chris.  The other day we went to the Tampa Zoo!  It was so hot....so we were only there a couple hours.  I wasn't too impressed by the animals....they were so far away and the zoo itself was kinda dirty and run down. But we still had fun. The best part was the splash pad...I didn't even know about it so Jace is wearing his regular shorts and diaper.  A lot of the other parents brought bathing suits for their little ones. But that's ok....Jace still had fun running around! :)
