Age: 9 weeks, 5 days

Length: 23.5 inches
Eyes: They are starting to turn a really pretty blue color, but we won't know for sure what color they will be for a couple months.
Hair: Jace still has a full head of dark hair! But it's starting to grow in lighter...it almost looks like a dark blond. I have dark brown hair (when I don't high light it) and Chris has dirty/strawberry blond hair. So it looks like he may be getting his dads hair color!
Clothes: Started the month in newborn clothes and has now almost grown out of 0-3 months!
Likes: Playing on his play gym looking up at all the lights, moving his arms and legs like he's riding an invisible bicycle, watching TV, sitting on our lap facing out so he can see what's going on, sleeping in his car seat (instantly passes out), sleeping in his bedroom (he sleeps a lot longer now) and smiling!
Dislikes: Getting the hiccups, being cold after his bath and being hungry (he likes to eat! Ha ha!)
New skills: Smiling, cooing/babbling, swinging his arms at an object to hit it, grabbing on to things (especially my hair...ouch!), holding his head up a lot better, and sleeping 6-8 hours a night!
Working out: I started running and lifting weights again after the new year. It feels so good to be working out again, but I'm so out of shape! I guess it took me 10 months to get out of shape so it's going to take sometime. Jace, Chris and I have taken a few jogs in our jogging stroller...even Max comes too! Max actually does really well running next to the stroller...I was a little nervous about how that would work out, but he's been great!
Best memory: Seeing Jace really smile at us for the first time...the best part is that he did it on the morning of Chris' birthday! It was the best gift ever!
