Beachbody Leadership Conference

A couple weeks ago, I was invited to an exclusive Beachbody leadership event.  It was only for 2-star diamond coaches and above....which basically just means your team has grown to a certain level.  I worked so hard last year to lock in 2-star before the cutoff so that I would get the invite!  I barely made it!!  It felt so good to hit that goal.  I got the invitation to a two day conference in Los Angeles, CA with 100 of the other top up-and-coming coaches.  But there was only one issue....Jaxon!  I am still nursing Jaxon exclusively so there is no way that I could leave him for two days.  Instead of turning down the opportunity, I decided to bring him with me!

We made it!  All settled in our comfy hotel room!

I receive the schedule of events.  Our days were packed.  We started off the first day with an 1:30 welcome session followed by dinner and a cocktail hour.  Jaxon did amazing.  We only made a quick appearance at the cocktail hour to grab some dinner, and then called it an early night so that we would both be rested for the next day!

On Day #2 we started the day with a 3 hour session hosted by the top coaches in the company, Melanie Mitro and Trina Gray.  The two of them gave us some amazing tips and tricks for growing our businesses....they made it sound so easy.  Plus they were both so down to earth....even though they are leading HUGE Beachbody teams.  I only had to step out for about 20 minutes to feed Jaxon, otherwise he was super a trooper and was either quiet or slept during the rest of that session.

We grabbed lunch and drove to Beachbody's corporate office.  We got to have Shakeology in their "shakeology bar," tour the office, interview some of the top executives and even the brand new workout, 21-Day Fix Extreme with the creator, Autumn Calabrese!!  Jason again was such a trooper.  He just laid on the ground next to another baby that was there (there were actually three babies who made the trip) and even got a special phot shoot with Autumn.  So lucky!

We had a quick break before our evening session and dinner.  Jason and I ate quick again and went to bed before the cocktail hour.  It was a long day for both of us!  I seriously could not have asked for a better weekend.  It was such an honor to be included in a group of such amazing coaches.  We learned so much and they truly treated us so well throughout the whole event.  They went above and beyond to make us feel like an integral part of the company.  And I couldn't have asked for a better date.  Jaxon was seriously such a trooper and so easy going for those two days.  I'm so glad I was able to go!
