We just started feeding Jaxon solids a couple weeks ago! He has been staring and grabbing at our plates for about a month so we finally decided to let him try it for himself. We started with carrots. We gave him the first bite and he got a funny look on his face. He didn't spit it out, but just didn't know what to do with it. But he's a champ now! We've now tried carrots, sweet potatoes, pears, peas, bananas and green beans. His favorites so far is sweet potatoes and pears!
Jace LOVES helping feed his brother. He's really gentle and sweet (which hasn't been the case most of the time. Lol). But it's been awesome and something fun Jace can help us with! Although now Jace wants to have baby food too. I went and bought him some of those baby food pouches just so he could have some. And I'm totally ok with giving it to him! If Jace is gonna eat spinach, kale and pea pouches I'm all for it!
