A little too ironic...

While Chris is out of town, I have been spending a lot of time with our neighbors, Caresse and Tyler. Caresse's sister Aubrey is also in town from Africa. So last night, I was over at their house watching The Office, drinking some wine and chatting with the three of them. They had all the windows open because it was so hot yesterday...trying to get some fresh air. Well a few flies happened to find their way into the house. Caresse was trying to kill them all night, but wasn't being very successful. Then all of sudden Caresse saw that one of the flies was sitting on the edge of her wine glass! She tried to swat it away and instead of flying away it flew directly into her wine glass!! You should have seen the look on her face...not only had those flies been bugging her all night, but now one had ruined a perfectly good glass of wine!!! And Aubrey, right on cue, started singing "its a black fly, in your chardonnay!" It's part of the lyrics to the old Alanis Morissette song, Ironic from the 90's. I couldn't stop laughing!! Hilarious. I love my neighbors!
