Last year Chris I started a workout program called P90X. It is a series of 12 workout DVDs that include a 90-day schedule of intense lifting, cardio, and yoga. When we did it last year and Chris really bulked up! He looked amazing...completely ripped! He still looks great, but the wear and tear of a baseball season really makes Chris lose some of his bulk...and he's ready to get it back!
Last year I noticed a difference too...I had much stronger arms and legs! We're going to hit the program up hard for the next week and a half until we head to Cabo...then we will start it up again when we get home! The instructor, Tony Horton, is hilarious! Half the time we are just laughing at his stupid comments! I posted a video so you could see what we are putting our selfs through...again! :)
Better you than me...haha! I've heard that workout is so hard. I did The 30 Day Shred after I had Gabrielle....but haven't touched the DVD since last winter....
ReplyDeleteI am so proud of you guys!!! I started INSANITY, and I stopped. I need to start it back up again, but it stinks because leaving on the second floor our downstairs neighbors hate us!! haha
