While the guys were hunting this past week in Pomeroy, we decided to bake!! I suggested we make some cake balls. We went to the local grocery store to see what options they had. We made two batches...one with chocolate cake, cream cheese frosting with a milk chocolate outer layer. That one was good, but the second batch we made was AMAZING!! We used spice cake, cream cheese frosting and melted white chocolate. On half of them we had chopped nuts on the top! These were so good!! We came home with a huge bag of the chocolate cakes balls, but the spice ones were all gone!! They almost taste like they have a little pumpkin flavoring in them....so this is a perfect dessert anytime this fall!!
