We have been home for a couple weeks and we are loving life! It has been so much fun to catch up with our family and friends while we have been home. So far we have made homemade pretzels with some of our closest friends in Dublin for their annual "Pretzel Party." Thanks Caresse and Tyler! And we also got to celebrate a belated Christmas with the Gimenez family. So fun! Also, as of yesterday I am officially a student again. I started my MBA at Colorado State University...and I'm not sure if I am ready for this. I have already had to read 120 pages of my Statistics book...Uggg! But this is something that I have always wanted to do and I feel very blessed that I'm finally getting the opportunity to do so!
Our off season is slowly coming to an end. We are heading to Goodyear, Arizona on February 15th. We will be living with Matt LaPorta and his wife, Dara, while were there. I'm really looking forward to the first year that I get to travel with Chris! Good bye long distance! :) This week we are spending time in Reno my parents and all of our friends out here! When we drove over the mountain this morning it was dumping snow! We left a day earlier to try and miss the worst of it! And now we are relaxing at my parents house admiring the snow outside. It is so beautiful...and we both said that we really miss the snow! Who would have thought that?? Especially since I am always cold! LOL! Maybe we will actually move back here one day....hmmm...
