As Chris would say, we may have hit the lottery with Jace. Not only has he slept through the night since he was 10 weeks old, he never cries, he always smiles, he's content playing by himself for 30-60 minutes, he is an amazing traveler....I mean really the list goes on and on. If all of that wasn't enough, Jace might be a lefty!! Since Jace has two athletes as parents, we both know how amazing that could be for his future athletic career!! (Let's hope he likes sports!) A lefty is so much more valuable then a boring right hander!! Granted he might have some tough years in school learning how to write and using right-handed scissors upside-down, but it will all be worth it! Ha ha! But in all seriousness, it's probably WAY too early to tell, but Jace consistently grabs the spoon with his left hand while he's eating. He loves to hold on to the spoon when we feed him and he always grabs on with his left hand! Great Grandma Julia reminded us that if he is a lefty, we have to start teaching him to do things with his right hand too....you know, like switch hitting! A switch hitting, lefty....look out!! And even better, lefties run in the Gimenez family....Chris' brother Todd and his cousin Autumn are both lefties!! We will obviously keep you posted for the next few years...apparently we will know by the time Jace is 2 or 3 years old. Here's a pic of his left-handed spoon grab! Please ignore the bed head. :)
