Last night Chris had a great ending to a long game! In the bottom of the 10th inning he hit a walk off homerun to win the game 4 to 3. It was so exciting! I was actually sitting in the family room with a bunch of the wifes watching it on the TV. It was chilly last night and the wind was blowing right in our faces....so we were getting warm. But I would have been out there if I knew he was going to hit the game winning homerun! But at least we got to watch it! And my friend, Jessica Bixler called it! She said, "See this guys ERA (0.00), its not going to be zero after Chris hits a homerun off him." And sure enough...he goes yard to win the game!! Woo hoo!! After the game he got interviewed by the broadcasters for STO (Sports Time Ohio). Side note, of course he hit the walk off on the first broadcasted game of the season! But anyway, during the interview he got pied in the face twice with two shaving cream pies! I took a picture of the TV screen so you could see...hilarious!!
