Clippers Win their first game!

Opening day was very eventful for the Clippers last night. They scored 17 runs against the Indianapolis Indians and easily took their first win of the 2010 season. Chris started the game playing right field. From what we have heard from the coaches, he will be getting most of his playing time in the outfield. There were a lot of people there for the first game and from what I hear they sell out that stadium regularly! Its one of the best places to play because it is a brand new stadium and because the fans are so awesome!

The cold weather didn't the CLippers at all! It was probably around 40 degrees for the entire game. I was bundled up in the stadium with every piece of warm clothing that I own!! After spending the last month in AZ, I was not ready for the winter like weather!! Chris had a GREAT first at bat! He hit a two run homerun to left center field!! What a way to start the season! He ended up finishing the night 1-for-5. Here are some pictures from opening day.
