Stuff we saw while visiting Boston...
We saw some really fun things while visiting/walking around Boston. We found a guy on stilts outside Fenway Park! We also saw solar-powered trash compactors...my dad would be so proud! We met the winners from the 2010 "Amazing Race." We watched Chris play at Fenway. Pam and I flirted with the local Fireman at one of the oldest fire houses in the country. We visited one of the restaurants featured on the TV show "Diner, Driveins and Dives" called Mike's City Diner and had a fabulous breakfast. We took a "Duck-tour" and saw lots of cool things....our tour guide's name as Will and he wore tights, we saw a 1877 building and a 1977 building built next door to each other, we floated the Charles River, we saw the outside of the bar from the TV show "Cheers" (see yellow flag below), and we saw a giant tea cup outside a Starbucks. Random things, but so fun! Here are some pictures of my favorites memories...

Fun trip! But I'm SUPER jealous you met the Amazing Race guys!!! Did you follow the show?
ReplyDeleteNo, I never saw it. But one of Chris' coaches was on the show with his daughter...so they were all there to see him. We chatted with them for awhile after the game and they were so nice! But now I really want to go back and watch last season!
ReplyDeleteUm, OMG! Steve and Allie? They were our favorite! They did this totally awesome/unintentional thing where they basically left their bags. We knew Steve was a trainer but didn't realize it was for the Indians! Awesome!
