Family Day at the Trop!

The last Sunday home game of the season, the Rays had a family day.  So after the game on Sunday, they set up all sorts of fun things for kids.

First, the team made jerseys for all of the wives and kids....Jace and I both had matching navy blue Rays jerseys with "Gimenez #16" on the back.  They had a photographer out on the field to take family pictures of all of us in our matching jerseys.  So fun!  We haven't gotten them back yet, but I will post them when we do.

They had a whiffle ball hitting section, a pitching game, a huge inflatable slide and a bounce house.  Since Jace is still so small he wasn't able to enjoy all of the festivities, but we still did a few.  He went down the slide with Chris, jumped in the bouncer with the other kids and even crawled around right field.  I can't wait until he gets older and can really have some fun.  Here are some pictures from our fun day.
Jace and Chris in the dugout....it was after the game so you can see how dirty it gets!  Yuck!
