How would you like to have your hit balls go 30 or 40 feet farther than they have been? (All of your hit balls will have at least 10% more velocity). This works - try it; you've got nothing to lose. You can do this at home while watching T.V.
Do twenty (20) cumulative hours of these: see picture (basically he wants Chris to draw those little swirly designs over and over again.)
Trace this first to get the hang out it (trace twice): see picture
Breathe Deep. Use 10 to 15 minute sessions to make them. Make them in yellow writing tablets (get many tablets at store). Always go into new paper (don't go over and over the same ones.) Thanks. Breath Deep. Make these Chris with each arm - one than the other (15 minute session each.) Make these approx. the size of ones shown. Questions? Call anytime (yes, he actually left his phone number). I'm trying this. I've got no pop and plenty of yellow tablets. I'll conduct a highly scientific study and report back.
