I finally was able to get a video of Max chasing the barn swallows! It's not the best quality video...apparently I can't hold my hand very still! LOL! And Max takes some little breaks, but about half way through you can really see him get going! He will normally chase them for at least 20 minutes....but this is only about a minute of him out there.
We're not the only people who think this is hilarious. We have had so many people in our apartment complex tell us that they watch him from their apartments. One guy told us that he watches all the barn swallows fly out to the field every time Max is out there...it's like he is their new play buddy. And Max feels the same way.... he seriously likes chasing the barn swallows more then playing with other dogs now! There will be like 5 dogs out on the field playing and Max will just be off on his own chasing the birds. Ha ha! At least he gets some exercise! :)
