The nursery theme!

We went back and forth a lot when we were trying to pick a theme for the nursery.  Initially, I really wanted to do a blue, green and white nautical theme with sailboats!  I thought it would have been so cute for a little boy.  But the more we thought about it, we realized that we will probably get a lot of really cute sports themed gifts.  I mean with Chris playing baseball, it's inevitable that we would get some sort of baseball frame, blanket or piggy bank.  And since I'm a freak about matching...I wouldn't want to put anything sports related into our perfectly planned nautical themed room!  Ha ha!  I know, I'm crazy!  So we changed our mind and picked out this adorable "Little MVP" set from Babies R Us!  Not only does it have little baseballs, but footballs and soccer balls.  Let's face it, our child will probably be an athlete!  And I've actually fallen in love with it!  It is just such a cute old-fashioned, sports themed bedding set and I can't wait to get it into our nursery!!
