This past home stand!

Gosh, we really haven't had much going on lately.  I keep on getting online to write a blog and I've had nothing to talk about!  So I guess I will just tell you all about this past home stand.  Chris was home for the past 9 days...8 games and one off day!  Woo hoo!  They played four games again the Gwinnett Braves and four games against his old team, the Columbus Clippers.  It was really fun to see some of the players that Chris used to play with with the Indians organization....gosh that feels like forever ago, but really it was only a couple years.

Before one of the games this week, I was eating dinner in the kitchen and Jace was playing with some tupperware.  Then all of a sudden I hear him screaming!  I have no idea how he did it, but the little guy gave himself a bloody nose!  I think he lost his balance, slipped and couldn't catch himself before his face his the floor.  While I'm sure it is the first of many injuries, it was still so sad to see the little guy bleeding!  After I calmed him down, I got a picture of his "war wound."
First bloody nose!  :(
After we got all cleaned up we headed to the field.  Before we got out to the stadium, we took some pictures by the big plastic Wool E. Bull near the elevator.  I pass this guy every day when we go the games and I finally stopped and got a picture with him.

Jace and Payton with the bull!

And of course I had to get one of the two of us!  :)

Hanging out at the game!
And then we just happened to see the real Wool E. Bull mascot when we were walking around, so I got a picture of Jace with him too.  Jace just wanted to touch him...it took me forever to get him to look at me.  And when he finally did the bull started bouncing him so the picture is blurry!  Come on Wool E. Bull...don't they teach you in mascot class not to bounce the baby when were taking pictures!  Ugg! But I posted it for you guys to see anyway...it's still pretty cute!

Woah...what are you?

The cutest blurry picture ever!
So that was our day...pretty much the same as every other day minus the bloody nose!  Ha ha!  Chris leaves tomorrow for Toledo and Columbus for the last long road trip of the season!!  Yes!!  Only a couple more weeks...I can't believe the season is almost over!  Crazy!
