Fun Trip Home!

Chris is on a long road trip...so I decided to go home for the weekend. I had a free flight that I hadn't used yet, so I figured it would be fun to go spend Mother's Day with my mom. I didn't tell her I was coming and just showed up on my parents door step. You should have seen the look on my moms face...it was classic! We had a great weekend just relaxing and playing cards. We also got to see my brother's band play a couple times. He is playing with a couple guys who were in a band with him in college...they are actually really good! I also got to see some of my closest friends in California...such a great weekend! I'm flying back tonight and Chris will be home in a couple days. I actually really miss him and he has only been gone 5 days...how did we ever do long distance?
