Date Night! :)

Sometimes when Chris has a day game or an off day we try to have a date night! This past Sunday we went to dinner a movie! It's so fun because we don't normally get to spend evenings together...especially when Chris was in triple A. It seemed like he never got a day off and the Sunday games were at 5:00pm. But now since he is in Cleveland he gets more off days and more day games...its so nice!

On Sunday we went to this cute restaurant in the Tremont area called Lolita's. It is a Michael Simon restaurant and we have heard really good things about it! We sat at the bar, since there was a two hour wait! On a Sunday! Our food was great...we both got their raviolis! They were stuffed with ricotta and spinach and then sauteed in a almond, butter sauce. Amazing!! They had a really unique bar...instead of having draft beer they basically had draft wine. They had about 15 bottles hooked up to spouts. The bartender said it helps to keep the wine fresher longer and it distills the wine as it is dispensed. So cool!

After dinner, we went and saw the movie Inception with Leonardo Dicarprio and Ellen Page (the girl from Juno). We LOVED it!! It's one of those movies that keeps you on your toes the entire time. It was 2 1/2 hours long, but it felt like it was over in 30 minutes! Great, great movie. We both said that it was in our top 10 all time best movies. So if you haven't seen it, we definitely recommend it!

We won't have another off day until August 9th! But that will be fun because Chris' parents, Pam and Paul will be here! They are going to make the trip to Boston for four days and then come back to Cleveland for the next four days. There just happens to be a celebrity golf tournament on that off-day that Chris was planning on playing in. Looks like Paul is going to have to tag along and play too...and I'm sure he's pretty excited about getting a chance to beat Chris on the golf course!! Ha ha! :)
