Four...
That number meant many things last night. Both the Yankees and the Mariners had 4 runs at the bottom of the 9th prompting an extra inning game that eventually ended in the bottom of the 12th inning. Adam Kennedy scored the winning run on a single to shallow center field. Four could also represent the number of hours the game ended up taking. It started at 7:10pm and didn't end until after 11:30pm! But really, the number four represents the number of fans during last nights game who decided that they should run onto the field during the middle of the game. Four! Four very intelligent men, in separate innings, who thought that they should run out as fast as they could on the field before they were tackled by security. One brilliant gentlemen decided to streak in nothing but a blue and white cap. After being tackled, security covered him with a towel. But he of course kicked it off before they could get him off the field. All in all...pretty fabulous night. Plus the M's beat the Yankees, again! :)
