Back to Tampa...for a little while!

Yippee!  Chris found out on Sunday that he would be joining the Rays in Boston!  :)  The back-up catcher has had a sore shoulder so the team was forced to put him on the 15 DL...and that opened the spot for Chris  We hate to see anyone get hurt, but I am happy that Chris is going to get a chance to play for them.  After playing the final two games in Boston, Chris and the team left for Toronto for a three game series.  Then they will head home to Tampa Thursday night.

Jace and I are going to hang tight until Thursday and then meet Chris down in Florida for the week long home stand.  I'm little nervous about the trip because I have never flown with Jace by myself, but hopefully we have an uneventful trip down there.  We aren't going to move all of our stuff down there yet since we don't know what will happen once the other catcher is off the DL.  So we will be living out of a hotel for a week or so until we find out!  Craziness, but so exciting!!

Mom, get this thing off my face!

Poor guy had fallen asleep with his pacifier and it must have gotten stuck under his cheek.  And then it proceeded to suction to his face!  This was before we broke him of the swaddle, so he couldn't pull it off with his hands!  It was hilarious!  Then, even better, when I took it off he had a great little circle mark from where it was stuck on him!  Ha ha!  So funny!
