Brazialian Steakhouse for Easter Dinner?!?

This year Chris and I did something different for Easter.  We went to a Brazilian steakhouse!  I asked Chris if he wanted the traditional Easter dinner...you know ham, potato salad, green beans, deviled eggs, etc.  But he just wanted to relax and go out to dinner...and I was fine with that!  So we look around a different restaurants in the area and we settled on Novilho's, a Brazilian steakhouse about 10 minutes from us in Bellevue, WA.  If you've never been to a restaurant like this...it's a very different dining experience.

When you walk, you are instantly served water and these amazing little cheesy buns.  The waiter comes by and asks if you want anything else to drink and gives you an empty plate with a card, red on one side and green on the other.  The card signals if you want meat.  There are about 10 waiters that are walking around the restaurant the whole time with different cuts of meat.  If your card is green, they will stop by your table and offer you a piece of the meat that they have on their skewer.  And they have everything from filet, top sirloin, bacon wrapped filet, bacon wrapped chicken, italian sausage, or even garlic steak.

It's amazing!  And perfect for a guy like Chris who loves his meat!!  But it's not all just meat.  They have an amazing salad bar as well!!  And the best part...you eat as soon as you get there!  No waiting around...just come hungry and you'll leave happy!

It was a great little Easter dinner!  Plus when we came home we snuggled on the couch and watched a movie with Max!  It was a great Sunday!  :)
