Gimenez Guac!

Over the years I have received a lot of complements on my guacamole.  I mean I like my guacomole, but it wasn't until all of my friends starting requesting that I realized it was actually pretty good.  I've been making this same recipe for years.  And all this time I never had a guacamole maker...you know one of those stone bowls with a stone masher.  I have always just stuck to using a bowl and the bottom of a glass cup to smush the avocados...not the classiest method, but it works great!  Well I just happened to get an earlier birthday present from my parents today in the mail!  My mom told me I could open it early...and go figure, they got me a Molcajete...which is basically a lava rock bowl with rock masher!!  So of course I had to try out my new toy and see how I liked it!  And it did not disappoint, plus I felt like a little chef using this bad boy!  Ha ha!!  Here's my recipe!!

My new Molajete!

The ingredients...avocados, salsa, salt (or garlic salt) and a lime (I only had a lemon...still good!)

Add all of the ingredients and MASH!!

Leave some big chunks!
Enjoy!
