While I was in Reno this past week, I had one more thing that needed to be done...Max needed to be neutered. It was actually kind of hard to say good bye to him at the vet knowing he was about to go in for his first surgery. Plus, he had to spend the night at the vet! He did just fine. The only bad thing is that the poor guy is stuck in a cone for the next week. He looks like a little bobble head running around the house in that thing...it's pretty funny! If it's not bugging him yet, it is sure bugging me. He sleeps next to our bed in his own doggy bed. Well last night he kept on moving around and banging his cone against the night stand. I finally got fed up and pulled him up on the bed. We don't normally let him sleep up there, but around 1:00am this morning I really didn't care as long as he wasn't hitting his cone on everything. Only 4 more days before we can take it off...I think we are both counting down!
